The maximum number of such authorisations is set, each year and for each category of applicants mentioned in articles L. 4221-9, L. 4221-11 and L. 4221-12, by order of the Minister for Health.

Pharmacists may use their evidence of formal qualifications in the language of the State which awarded them. He must indicate the place and establishment where he obtained it. The organisations issuing the training qualifications shall send these qualifications to the service or organisation mentioned in article L. 4221-16, in the form of certified information. They shall also send it, in the same form, the list of pharmacy interns and students likely to practise pharmacy on a temporary basis, to be required or called up as part of the health reserve who have reached the level of training provided…

Where it is available, the certified information referred to in Article L. 4221-16-1 shall serve as supporting documents for the fulfilment of the obligations laid down in Article L. 4221-16.
