A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine, where necessary, the procedures for applying the provisions of articles L. 4322-1 to L. 4322-12, in particular the representation of professionals on the professional bodies according to the type of practice in the disciplinary chambers and the organisation of the disciplinary procedure prior to referral to the disciplinary chambers.

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat, issued after consulting the Conseil national de l’ordre des pédicures-podologues, lays down the rules of the code of ethics for chiropodists. The provisions of this code concern in particular the deontological and ethical rights and duties of chiropodists in their relations with members of the profession, with patients and with members of other health professions. A chiropodist who is a national of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, who is established and legally practises the activities of a chiropodist in a Member State or a State party, may perform professional acts in France, on a temporary and occasional basis, without having to complete the formalities provided for in Article L. 4322-2…
