Chapter I: Speech therapists.

At the time of issue of the licence to practise or the declaration of provision of services, speech and language therapists must possess the language skills necessary to practise the profession. Checks on language proficiency must be proportionate to the activity to be carried out and carried out once the professional qualification has been recognised.
