Chapter III: Medical auxiliaries.

Articles L. 4311-1 and L. 4311-12 are applicable in Wallis and Futuna in the wording resulting from Law no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016 and subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter. By way of derogation from the provisions of article L. 4311-2, the senior administrator of the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands may, on a proposal from the director of the health agency, authorise by order a nurse who does not meet the conditions laid down in article L. 4311-2 to practise in the territory.

I. – For the application of article L. 4311-1 in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the words “and in the services mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 2112-1 and in article L. 2311-4 ” are deleted.
