Chapter V: Powers and prerogatives of the Agence nationale chargée de la sécurité sanitaire de l'alimentation, de l'environnement et du travail with regard to veterinary medicinal products.

A department of the Agence nationale chargée de la sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail, called the “Agence nationale du médicament vétérinaire”, implements the Agency’s missions as defined in this Title.

The Director of the National Veterinary Medicines Agency is appointed by order of the competent ministers on a proposal from the Director General of the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety.
