With a view to bringing together medical activities, two or more hospital centres may, by joint decision of their directors taken after consulting the medical commission and social committee of each of the establishments concerned, decide to group together some of their clinical or medico-technical activity centres or some of the internal structures of these centres, into inter-hospital medical federations, with the agreement of the heads of the aforementioned structures….
