Chapter II: Regional hospital groups

The certification of health care institutions provided for in article L. 6113-3 is carried out jointly for public health care institutions belonging to the same grouping and for army hospitals associated with the grouping. However, the assessment referred to in article L. 6113-3 is published separately for each establishment in the regional hospital grouping and for each army hospital associated with the grouping.

The procedures for applying this chapter to the Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris, the Hospices civils de Lyon and the Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Marseille are determined by the Conseil d’Etat decree referred to in article L. 6132-7.
