Chapter VII: Provisions specific to certain institutions and organisations.

The conditions of application of Chapter II of Title I and those of this Title to the Assistance publique-hôpitaux de Paris, the Hospices civils de Lyon, the Assistance publique de Marseille and national public establishments are determined by regulation. The public health establishment of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is subject to the provisions of this code, with the proviso that its supervisory board includes, in addition to the members mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of article L. 6143-5, representatives of the social security fund.

Personnel working in the Armed Forces Medical Corps may work in public health establishments under the conditions laid down in their statutes.
