Chapter III: Students in medicine, dentistry, midwifery and pharmacy.

Health students in training include : 1° Students in the second cycle of medical, odontological, maieutic and pharmacy studies; 2° Students in the third cycle of medical, odontological, midwifery and pharmacy studies.

The regime for the students mentioned in 1° of article L. 6153-1 is determined by regulation.

The regime for the students mentioned in 2° of article L. 6153-1 is determined by regulation.

The students referred to in article L. 6153-1 may undertake a training period in a departmental or territorial fire and rescue service, provided that the latter is approved as a training centre. The conditions and procedures for this training period are determined by regulation.

Students in the third cycle of medical studies may administer, as part of a training period and under the supervision of the training supervisor, vaccines, the list of which and, where applicable, the persons who may benefit from them are determined by an order of the Minister for Health issued after obtaining the opinion of the High Authority for Health.
