Chapter II: Infringements of employee representation rules.

Undermining or attempting to undermine either the constitution or the free appointment of members of the health, safety and working conditions committee, in particular by disregarding the provisions of Book IV of Part Two relating to the protection of staff representatives on this committee, is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of €7,500. Undermining the proper functioning of the committee is punishable by a fine of €7,500.
