Chapter III: Employment centres.

The maisons de l’emploi must involve the State, the institution mentioned in article L. 5312-1 and at least one local authority or public establishment for inter-communal cooperation.

Job centres may take the form of public interest groups governed by Chapter II of Law 2011-525 of 17 May 2011 on simplifying and improving the quality of law.

Decrees in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions of application of this chapter.
