Chapter VI: Quality of vocational training courses

The service providers mentioned in article L. 6351-1 financed by a skills operator, by the commission mentioned in article L. 6323-17-6, by the State, by the regions, by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, by Pôle emploi or by the institution mentioned in article L. 5214-1 are certified on the basis of criteria defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
