Failure to comply with the formalities prescribed by Article L. 6352-12 when advertising a declaration of activity is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of €4,500.
Failure to comply with article L. 6352-13 by means of advertising containing information that is likely to mislead as to the conditions of access to the courses on offer, their content, penalties or funding arrangements, is punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of €4,500.
Failure by any training provider to conclude a contract with a natural person who undertakes training on an individual basis and at his own expense, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6353-3, is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.
