The information requested from the beneficiary of an action to validate prior learning has a direct and necessary link with the purpose of the validation as defined in article L. 6411-1.
Persons in possession of information provided by candidates in connection with their validation applications are subject to the provisions of articles 226-13 and 226-14 of the French Penal Code.
