The Regional Committee for Employment, Training and Vocational Guidance and France Compétences are responsible for statistical monitoring of the validation of prior learning, in accordance with the procedures defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
A decree by the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the conditions for the application of this book, in particular the procedures for the collection, processing and exchange of information and personal data, including the registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons, required for the guidance of individuals and the monitoring of their progress at national level, by the body mentioned in article L. 6411-2.
