Claims by homeworkers relating to the rate for work performed, workshop expenses, incidental expenses and paid holidays shall be barred after five years from the date of payment of their wages.

Claims by homeworkers relating to the rate for work performed, workshop expenses, incidental expenses and paid holidays shall be barred after five years from the date of payment of their wages.
Trade unions may bring any civil action based on non-compliance with the provisions of this Book. They may bring such actions on behalf of each of their members, without having to provide evidence of a mandate from the interested party, provided that the latter has been notified and has not declared his opposition. The person concerned may always intervene in proceedings brought by the union.
