In the event of non-compliance with the obligations set out in article L. 5124-20 and in this chapter, which may be identified following an inspection, the Director General of the Agency may prohibit the brokering activity for a maximum period of six months. The Agency makes the administrative information mentioned in article R. 5124-74, with the exception of the names of the company’s legal representatives, and any temporary ban on practising, accessible to the public.

The obligations mentioned in articles R. 5124-48-2, R. 5124-58 and R. 5124-60 are applicable to persons carrying out the activity of drug brokerage mentioned in article L. 5124-19.
