In the event of a substantial change to the elements of the authorisation mentioned in article R. 5125-71, the pharmacist who holds the dispensary or manages a mutualist or miner’s aid pharmacy must inform the general director of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction and the pharmacists’ association to which he belongs, without delay and by any means which allows receipt to be acknowledged.

In the event of the suspension or cessation of operation of his website, the pharmacist holding the pharmacy or managing a mutualist or miner’s aid pharmacy shall immediately inform the director general of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction and the council of the pharmacists’ association to which he belongs.
