Chapter V: Centres and structures with mobile care teams for people in precarious or excluded situations, managed by not-for-profit organisations

The activity of dispensing medicinal products by the centres and structures with mobile care teams mentioned in article L. 6325-1 is subject to a declaration to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

I.-In the organisations referred to in article R. 6325-1, the holding, control, management and dispensing of medicinal products are carried out by a pharmacist registered on the roll of the competent section of the national order of pharmacists.
