In each army health service medical centre, the Minister for Defence appoints an army doctor or pharmacist who is responsible for ordering, holding, controlling and managing the health products mentioned in article R. 6326-1, as well as dispensing them. Without prejudice to the inspections carried out by the technical inspector of the armed forces pharmaceutical services, the activities mentioned in articles R. 6326-1 and R. 6326-2, as well as the supply of armed forces health service medical centres by the wholesale distributors mentioned in 13° of article R. 5124-2, are subject to quality and safety controls by armed forces pharmacists appointed by the Minister of Defence.
