II -When the composition of a product is modified in such a way as to affect the information provided, manufacturers and importers shall inform the establishment mentioned in article L. 3514-5. III -An order of the Minister for Health defines the procedures for applying this article.
The information mentioned in article L. 3514-5 which does not fall within the scope of business secrecy is made accessible to the public, in accordance with the procedures defined by order of the Minister for Health.
