Subsection 5: The situation of employees during the observation period.

The order issued by the official receiver pursuant to article L. 631-17 indicates the number of employees whose redundancy is authorised as well as the activities and professional categories concerned. The order is notified to the social and economic committee or, where applicable, to the employees’ representative. It is forwarded to the public prosecutor, the administrator and the judicial representative. >
