The financial situation provided for in Article L. 811-11is sent by the national council to the coordinating magistrate referred to in Article R. 811-40.

Regional inspecting magistrates carry out inspections at the request of the Government Commissioner or the coordinating magistrate. They may also carry out inspections on their own initiative. They shall inform the coordinating magistrate of the inspections they intend to carry out. The coordinating magistrate may carry out any inspection on his own initiative.

In carrying out their duties, these magistrates have a general power of investigation, verification and control. They may be assisted in carrying out inspections by any persons registered on the list of statutory auditors drawn up pursuant to article L. 822-1 as well as any expert or person of their choice.
