The provisions relating to the procedure for registering judicial administrators provided for in articles R. 811-31 to R. 811-35, with the exception of the eighth and tenth paragraphs of Article R. 811-31 and with the exception of Article R. 811-31-1, are applicable to judicial representatives.
The provisions of articles R. 811-36 to R. 811-39 relating to the keeping and updating of the list of court-appointed administrators are applicable to judicial representatives.
