The declaration shall be sent at least four months before the date scheduled for the opening of the office, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The court-appointed administrator or the court-appointed representative, whether a natural person or a legal entity, who transfers his professional domicile or registered office must declare this transfer to the Government Commissioner at the National Registration and Disciplinary Commission and to the President of the National Council. The procedure provided for in articles R. 814-54 and R. 814-55 shall apply.

The court-appointed administrator or the court-appointed representative, practising within a company, who leaves this company to practise his profession on an individual basis must declare his installation to the Government Commissioner at the National Registration and Disciplinary Commission and to the President of the National Council. The procedure provided for in articles R. 814-54 and R. 814-55 shall apply.

Proceedings shall be conducted as in civil matters for all matters not regulated by this title.
