The Institut national de la propriété industrielle collects the fees provided for in II of Article L. 123-54 of the French Commercial Code.

The incidental income that the National Institute of Industrial Property may receive from the exploitation of its documentary holdings and the sale of its publications shall be instituted by decision of its Director General, who shall determine the manner of collection and the amount thereof. .
