The mayor may, with the assent of the town council and after consulting the presidents of the wine-growing groups existing in the commune, set the date from which the harvesting of table grapes and grape harvests is authorised on the territory of the commune. Different dates may be set according to the grape varieties and the location of the vineyards.
The mayor may prescribe that millstones of grain, straw and fodder, etc., must be placed at a specified distance from dwellings and the public highway.
