Section 3: Relations between the Assembly and the Executive Council

The President and the Executive Councillors have access to the meetings of the Assembly of Corsica. They shall be heard, at their request, on matters included on the agenda.

The Assembly of Corsica may call into question the responsibility of the executive council by the vote of a motion of no confidence. At least twelve days before the meeting of the Assembly of Corsica, the President of the Executive Council of Corsica transmits to the President of the Assembly a report on each of the matters to be examined by the Assembly, as well as, where applicable, the corresponding draft deliberations. The deliberations of the Assembly of Corsica may provide for implementing measures adopted by the President of the Executive Council under the conditions set out in Article L. 4422-26.
