The local authority assumes responsibility for the harmful consequences resulting from accidents suffered by members of the territorial council in the course of their duties.

The local authority assumes responsibility for the harmful consequences resulting from accidents suffered by members of the territorial council in the course of their duties.
When territorial councillors suffer an accident in the course of their duties, the local authority pays the amount of the benefits relating to this accident directly to the practitioners, pharmacists, medical auxiliaries, suppliers and health establishments, calculated in accordance with the rates applied for health insurance.
