Article D1621-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The compulsory contribution rate referred to in Article L. 1621-2 of this code is set at 0.2% of the total maximum compensation likely to be paid to potential beneficiaries of the fund, as defined in article D. 1621-1.
