The provisions of articles R. 2131-2-A to R. 2131-4 are applicable to the electronic transmission of departmental acts mentioned in article L. 3131-2. For the application of these provisions, the words “the commune” and “the mayor” are replaced respectively by the words “the department” and “the president of the general council”.
