Section 2: Dotation départementale d'équipement des collèges (R)

The provisions of article R. 3334-17 are applicable to the overseas departments, provided that the portion of the grant intended to take account of changes in the school-age population is allocated in full in proportion to the number of births recorded between the seventh and fourth years preceding the year in which the grant is allocated.
