Section 7: State property transferred to the assets of the Corsican regional authority

The transfer of ownership of buildings and archaeological sites is recorded by order of the territorially competent prefect. This order shall indicate their nature, location, surface area and cadastral designation. It is published in the property register.

The transfer of ownership of the movable objects referred to in article R. 4422-36 is recorded in a procès-verbal. It is drawn up by the territorially competent Prefect and by the President of the Executive Council. It shall indicate the extent, legal status and condition of the movable objects.

Prefectoral decrees and official reports recording the transfer of ownership of buildings, archaeological sites and movable objects will be published in the prefecture’s administrative records.
