The committee meets when convened by its chairman. The notice of meeting, together with the agenda drawn up by the Chairman, is sent to the members of the committee at least ten days before the date of the meeting.

The commission may only validly deliberate if the number of members present is at least equal to half the number of members in office. If this number is not reached, a new notice is sent to the members of the commission under the conditions provided for in Article R. 4425-2. The commission is competent to give an opinion on: 1° The methods for evaluating the increases in charges resulting for the Corsican local authority from the transfers of competences; 2° The draft interministerial decree provided for in Article L. 4425-24 which establishes the amount of the aforementioned charges.
