Subsection 3: Election and remuneration of the employee representative.

The committee shall draw up and submit to the Governor a report showing the name of the elected official and, where appropriate, a report setting out the complaints signed by one or more electors and addressed to the committee and the observations made by each member of the committee and, where appropriate, those of the candidates.

Councillors representing Banque de France staff retain the remuneration and promotion rights corresponding to the grade they hold at the date of their election.
