Section 5: Implementing provisions

After receiving the opinion of the High Council for Social Dialogue, the Minister responsible for labour draws up the list of trade union organisations recognised as representative by professional branch and trade union organisations recognised as representative at national and cross-industry level pursuant to Articles L. 2122-5 to L. 2122-10. A decree shall determine the procedures for collecting and consolidating the results of professional elections for the application of this chapter.

Before the opening of the ballot provided for in Article L. 2122-10-1, the Minister for Labour shall present to the High Council for Social Dialogue the procedures adopted for its organisation.
