Section 4: Posting and distribution of union communications.

Article L2142-3 of the French Labour Code

Trade union communications are freely posted on boards reserved for this purpose, separate from those allocated to communications from the social and economic committee. A copy of the union communications is sent to the employer at the same time as they are posted. The boards are made available to each trade union section in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed with the employer.
