Hours lost as a result of public holidays are not recovered.
Unemployment on public holidays may not result in any loss of pay for employees with a total of at least three months’ seniority in the company or establishment. These provisions apply to seasonal employees if, as a result of various contracts, whether successive or not, they have accumulated a total seniority of at least three months in the company.
