Section 2: Implementing provisions.

For the application of the provisions of this Title, decrees of the Conseil d’Etat, issued after consultation with the professional organisations of employers and employees concerned, shall determine the organisational measures, conditions of implementation and technical requirements to which the use of work equipment and means of protection subject to the safety obligations defined in Article L. 4321-1 is subject.

The procedures for implementing the decrees of the Conseil d’Etat mentioned in article L. 4321-4 may be defined by conventions or agreements concluded between the administrative authority and representative national professional employers’ organisations.
