Section 1 A: Steering policies to promote the employment of people with disabilities

The State is responsible for steering employment policy for the disabled. In conjunction with the public employment service, the regions responsible for the regional public vocational training service, the association responsible for managing the fund for the professional integration of disabled people and the fund for the integration of disabled people in the civil service, it sets the objectives and priorities of this policy.

A multi-year agreement on objectives and resources is signed between the State, the institution mentioned in article L. 5312-1, the association responsible for managing the fund for the professional integration of disabled people, the fund for the integration of disabled people in the civil service and the Caisse nationale de solidarité pour l’autonomie.
