In order to improve information for jobseekers and their ability to exercise their rights, the State and the bodies responsible for jobseeker placement and training shall lay down the rules for setting up liaison committees at their local levels on which jobseekers representing nationally representative trade union organisations and organisations whose specific purpose is the defence of the interests or integration of persons deprived of employment shall sit.
