Section 1: Equal access for men and women.

For the purposes of this Part, no distinction may be made between women and men.

The principle of non-discrimination set out in Article L. 6112-1 does not preclude the introduction, on a transitional basis, by means of regulations or agreements, of measures taken for the sole benefit of women with a view to establishing equal opportunities between women and men in the field of training.
