Article L8271-12 of the French Labour Code

Where a company’s registered office is located in jointly occupied premises, in accordance witharticle L. 123-10 of the French Commercial Code, which punishes certain offences relating to the register of companies and businesses, the inspection officers are entitled to obtain from the registered office any documents held on the company’s premises that are necessary for them to carry out their task of combating undeclared work.
