Section 1: Hygiene of buildings and built-up areas.

Any person who, in breach of article L. 1331-10, discharges wastewater other than domestic wastewater into public sewers without authorisation is liable to a fifth-class fine. A repeat offence under this article is punishable in accordance with article 132-11 of the French Penal Code.
