Article R1337-17 of the French Public Health Code

I.-A fifth-class offence is punishable by a fine if a dispensing pharmacist fails to collect, free of charge, or charges a fee for the collection of waste defined in 3° of article R. 1335-8-1 that is brought to them by private individuals.
