In order to organise the practice of voluntary termination of pregnancy by medication, the President of the General Council may enter into an agreement with a family planning or education centre, a health centre or a practitioner. For the application of the first paragraph in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the words: “President of the General Council” are replaced by the words: “President of the Territorial Council”.
