For vaccination consultations authorised by the Departmental Council in application of the second paragraph of article R. 3111-4, the President of the Departmental Council appoints the doctors responsible for vaccinations and prior medical examinations and the technical and administrative assistants, on the proposal of the mayor in the case of administrative assistants. The President of the Departmental Council, after consulting each commune, decides on the dates and locations of vaccination sessions in the commune, which are made public. When circumstances make it necessary, the President of the Departmental Council authorises free vaccination in the doctor’s home in certain communes. In such cases, the rate of remuneration paid to the vaccinating doctors is set in accordance with article R. 3111-10.
