The following may be approved as leprosy centres for the purposes of Article L. 3112-3: 1° Health establishments ; 2° The health centres mentioned in article L. 6323-1. Approval is granted and, if necessary, withdrawn or suspended, under the conditions laid down in articles D. 3112-8 and D. 3112-10.
The application for authorisation should be sent to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency for the region in which the leprosy centre is to be located, together with a dossier, the content of which is defined by order of the Minister for Health.
