Section 2: Conciliation Commission

At the first meeting following each renewal of the departmental council, it elects at least three of its members from among the full members and alternate members to sit on the conciliation commission.

The parties to the dispute are summoned to a meeting and heard by the member(s) of the commission to seek conciliation. A report of total or partial conciliation or a report of non-conciliation is drawn up. This document sets out the points of disagreement that remain when conciliation is only partial.
