Elections to the departmental councils shall take place under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of this Title. Voting shall take place in person or by post or, where the National Council has so decided pursuant to article R. 4125-22, by electronic means.
The results of the departmental council elections shall be published without delay by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency on the Agency’s website.
